These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dc222 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dc222 platform, accessible at dc222.cam.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the dc222 platform, placing a wager, or accepting any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dc222 platform. These Terms are written in English and are intended for users accessing the platform from Pakistan and other applicable jurisdictions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To open and maintain an account on dc222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater.
2. Legal capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdictional compliance: You must not reside in, or access the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where accessing the Platform would expose you or dc222 to legal liability. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on dc222. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. Own identity: You must register using your own accurate personal details. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing falsified documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
6. Not a Prohibited User: You must not fall into any category of Prohibited User as defined in these Terms, including employees or immediate family members of dc222 or the Operator.

4.1  Registration. To access betting and casino features on dc222, you are required to register a personal account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2  Username and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dc222 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

4.3  KYC Requirements. dc222 (through the Operator) reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — typically a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address, where required (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name);
• A selfie or liveness verification;
• Proof of payment method, as required under AML obligations.

4.4  Document Security. All KYC documents must be submitted only through the Operator's secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Never submit identity documents via unsecured channels including WhatsApp, social media or unencrypted email. Do not alter, obscure, crop or otherwise modify any submitted document. Submission of falsified documents may constitute fraud.

4.5  Withdrawal Holds. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

5.1  Accepted Methods. Deposit methods available to Pakistani users are determined by the Operator and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Payment brands that may be referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for contextual orientation only. None of these providers endorse or officially support gambling transactions on dc222. Whether any specific method is available to you depends on the payment provider's own policies, your account verification status and applicable rules.

5.2  Currency. Deposits may be made and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the cashier supports PKR. Currency conversion rates and applicable fees, if any, are determined by the Operator and/or the payment provider.

5.3  Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are set by the Operator. These limits are subject to change and are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction.

5.4  Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of credit cards, borrowed money, or funds belonging to third parties is prohibited. dc222 is not responsible for transaction failures or fees imposed by your payment provider.

5.5  No Guarantee of Method Availability. dc222 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment method. Methods may be added, removed or temporarily suspended without advance notice. Always check the live cashier for current options.

6.1  Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made by verified account holders. You must have completed all required KYC verification steps before a withdrawal request can be processed.

6.2  Same-Method Policy. The Operator may require that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.

6.3  Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual processing may be affected by the Operator's internal review procedures, the payment provider's timelines, KYC completion status, and applicable compliance checks. dc222 makes no representation that withdrawals will be processed within any specific timeframe.

6.4  Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of those funds.

6.5  Right to Withhold. dc222 and the Operator reserve the right to withhold withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

7.1  General. dc222 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and other promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible markets, minimum odds and expiry periods.

7.2  Illustrative Figures. Any PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials on dc222 (such as "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter — up to PKR 10,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer — up to PKR 15,000") are illustrative examples only and do not represent guaranteed live promotions. Actual offer values, conditions and availability are determined solely by the Operator and may change without notice.

7.3  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer terms before they may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 2,500 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement must be wagered PKR 25,000 on qualifying markets before withdrawal is permitted.

7.4  Eligibility Restrictions. Bonuses are generally available to new registrants for welcome offers, and to existing users for ongoing promotions, subject to the specific offer terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

7.5  Abuse. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, exploiting offer terms in a manner not intended by the Operator, or placing hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

8.1  Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. dc222 and the Operator reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without providing a reason.

8.2  Market Availability. Sports markets — including Pakistan cricket (PSL, ICC, T20Is, Test matches, bilateral series), football (international and domestic leagues), UFC, esports and other categories — are offered subject to availability and the Operator's market management decisions. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time.

8.3  Odds. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change before bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are binding for that wager.

8.4  Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: market suspension after bet placement, event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, or grounds of suspected manipulation. Void bets are refunded at the original stake.

8.5  Accumulator / Parlay Bets. For accumulator or parlay bets, all selections must win for the combined bet to pay out. One or more void selections within a parlay will be treated as per the Operator's parlay void rules, which are detailed in the Operator's betting rules documentation.

8.6  Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are offered in real time and are subject to rapid odds movements and market suspension. Bets placed during delays or dead-ball situations may be voided at the Operator's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dc222 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Opening more than one registered account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Collusion or information sharing with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation;
• Deliberate exploitation of Platform errors, glitches or pricing mistakes;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or structured staking to exploit promotional terms;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use dc222 to process funds from illegal sources;
• Use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited;
• Any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law;
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abuse directed at dc222 staff or other users.

10.1  Adults Only. dc222 is strictly an adults-only platform. Access is limited to users aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Players must understand applicable local law.

10.2  Responsible Gambling Tools. The Operator provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on net losses;
• Session time limits: Caps on the duration of a single gambling session;
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time and money spent;
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent account blocking.

10.4  Chasing Losses. Do not chase losses. Increasing your stakes in an attempt to recover previous losses is a recognised harmful gambling pattern. If you are gambling to recover money you have already lost, seek support immediately.

11.1  All content on the dc222 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, page layouts and data compilations — is the intellectual property of dc222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dc222 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

11.3  You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, adapt, scrape, frame, display publicly or create derivative works from any content on dc222 without prior written authorisation.

11.4  The dc222 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary marks of dc222. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use dc222's branding without express written permission.

12.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dc222 and the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any inaccuracy in displayed odds or market information.

12.2  dc222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.3  Gambling involves financial risk. dc222 makes no representation that any user will achieve any particular outcome from gambling on the Platform. Past outcomes are not indicative of future results.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13.1  dc222 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using dc222, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your personal data is collected, stored, used and disclosed.

13.2  Personal data collected by dc222 — including name, date of birth, contact details and identity documents — is used for account operation, KYC verification, fraud prevention and AML compliance. Data is not sold to unauthorised third parties.

14.1  Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan is subject to applicable law, jurisdiction and current regulatory interpretation. These Terms do not constitute legal advice, and dc222 does not provide legal advice to users.

14.2  dc222 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. Payment provider names are referenced for contextual user familiarity only.

14.3  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, which is international and separate from Pakistan's domestic legal framework. By using dc222, you agree that disputes shall be resolved under the applicable governing law and jurisdiction of the Operator.

14.4  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

15.1  dc222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered users via email or on-platform notification.

15.2  Continued use of the dc222 Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

15.3  It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at dc222.cam/terms-conditions.
